The principle of ultrasound selectivity with respect to parenchymal tissue is based on the ultrasound aspirator dissector. By ultrasonic dissection-aspiration is meant the destruction of tissue by a rich liquid (parenchymal tissue) and its removal by suction. Destruction occurs under the influence of cavitation, the supply of fluid and the aspiration of the tissue occur simultaneously, thanks to the constructive features of the tip and apparatus. The tissues depleted of liquids (vessels and nerves) are not destroyed by ultrasound.

Thanks to this, operations are performed with minimal loss of blood, and with minimal damage to the healthy tissue of the organ.
